PROJECT: Tide Clock

I've wanted to make tide clocks fir a long time - my parents had one when they lived near the beach for a while. I bought a couple of tide clock movements at the time, but of course couldn't find them when I went looking. Temu to the rescue.
This tide clock is made from pallet wood - which this time is pine. It's a one-off piece made for a friend's beach house, and the degree of paint washing is designed to match other furniture in the room. Another project was much more heavily coloured to fit in with a "Hamptons" decor.
Tide movements are in stock so these can be made to order.
